What is included – we include more than others in our standard rates
KEA doesn’t hide any costs! We recommend you always carefully check any quotes you obtain for additional charges which could make your holiday more expensive than you thought. We include:
- GST (15%)
- Unlimited kilometres
- Additional drivers (must be 21+ years)
- Standard vehicle insurance cover (NZD 5,000 bond and excess)
- Credit card fees (2.5%)
- Cleaning fee
- Toilet chemicals
- FULL gas bottle(s) at pick up and you can return them empty
- Transfer on the day of pick up /drop off; not only from the airport but also city
- Free mobile phone SIM card
- Unlimited bedding/towels – you are welcome to ask for more at pick up
- Bedding exchange anytime during your holiday regardless of the length of hire at the depots
- Pop in for a complimentary valet service when you have a hire 21+ days
- Our team is happy to assist with tips and recommendations and we can book your campsites and ferry crossings for you
