Your Arrival at KEA Campers

If you require transport, our friendly driver will collect you from the airport or your inner city accommodation and bring you to our depot.

Once you have been welcomed by our staff you will be offered tea and coffee, and we’ll start your paperwork. Please have driver’s licences ready for everyone who will be driving (drivers must be over 21 years of age), as well as one credit card (please confirm daily limit with your bank ahead of time), and your voucher or booking confirmation. Please allow approximately 20-30 minutes for the completion of paperwork.

You can speed up the paperwork by completing our Pre Check-In process online before you leave home.

After the paperwork, we will organise your drop off time and transfer details and ask for your mobile phone number if available. We will explain our terms and conditions and rental agreement. If you haven’t already pre-booked your preferred insurance option we are happy to explain these options to you and help with your decision-making. Please refer to our terms and conditions for this information.

Our experienced team will offer you the option of additional rental items - camping chairs, table, sun umbrella, snow chains, child/baby seats and GPS Navman system.

After the paperwork has been completed we will introduce you to your new home and give you a demonstration of your campervan or motorhome to ensure you understand how everything works. Once we have completed the demonstration we should have answered all of your questions! Please allow approximately 30-40 minutes for the completion of show- through of your camper or motorhome.

If you have come straight from the airport you are welcome to take a shower at our depot to freshen up from your flight. As well as having toilet & shower facilities, our offices are equipped with internet stations, a book exchange, children’s play area and a wide selection of brochures.

Before you depart in your KEA you will receive an information pack which contains maps, brochures and essential information such as the location of dump stations and recycling depots. We’ll ask about your travel plans and help you set off in the right direction! Our team will be more than happy to recommend camping grounds for your first night and direct you to the next supermarket or bank.
